I wanted to send you a short letter confirming our conversation of May 4, 1999
pertaining to the accumulation of unused items in your back yard. As I understand it,
you and your neighbors are responsible for the various items that have accumulated
and that you are going to be speaking to your neighbors about cleaning up these items.
As a reminder, the City of Spring Park does have a clean up day coming on May 17,
1999, and any debris that is set out at the road edge will be picked up at no charge to
you as long as it complies with the list of items that the City will accept.
I trust that you will have had time to get your yard cleaned up by the 17th. Should you
