Bill Weeks The Building Inspector noted during a recent construction inspection the
471-9051 addition of a concrete slab on the west side of your new construction.
This slab and additional driveway and sidewalk square footage (not
indicated on your permit application) will likely yield excessive hardcover
which is not permitted.
In order to determine the necessary evaluation and/or remedy, enclosed is
a hardcover calculation worksheei. Please carefully measure all items
indicated and return the form to City Hall for review.
