I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508,Minnesota Statutes of 1949,
as amended, I have surveyed the following described property situated n the County of Hennepin,

That part of Lot 1 "Coronado Park" Lake Minnetonka, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and that part
of the adjoining County Road, vacated, and that part of Warren Avenue, vacated, a i l described
as beginning at the point of intersection of the Southerly line of Lot 22, Block 12, Townsite
of Langdon Park with a line drawn parallel with and 66 feet East, measured at right angles,
from the West line of said Lot 1 and its extension; thence South along said para�lel line
and its extension 323.26 feet; thence West a.t a right angle 17.5 feet; thence North at a
right angle 195.95 feet; thence Northwesterly along a tanggential curve to tAe left, with a
radius of 182.49 feet, to the Southerly line of said Lot 22; thence Easterly along the South-
erly line of said Lot 22 to the point.of beginning, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Which lie northerly of a line described as commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 2 in said
"Coronado Park"; thence south along the West line of said Lot 2 a distance of 82.00 feet to the
beginning of a line to be described; thence east, deflecting to the left 89 degrees 44 minutes
and 20 seconds, a distance of 195.00 feet and said line there terminating.
And those parts of the following described tracts:
Warren Avenue, dedicated in the Townsite of Langdon Park and now vacated,
Lot 1, "Coronado Park", Lake Minnetonka, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
Lot 22, Block 12, Townsite of Langdon Park,
Described as commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 2 in said "Coronado Park'; thence south,
along the west line of said Lot 2, a distance of 82.00 feet; thence eas , def ecting to the left
89 degrees 44 minutes and 20 seconds, to the intersection with a line 66.00 feet east of, measured
at right angles to and parallel with, the west line of said Lot 1, said point of intersection
being the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence east, along the extension of said
deflecting line, to a point 66.22 feet east of the west line of said Lot 1; thence north at right
angles a distance of 24.00 feet; thence northerly (along a line extending to a point on the center-
line of the main line track of the Great Northern Railway Company distant 207.00 feet easterly,
measured along said centerline, from its intersection with the northerly extension of the west
line of said Lot 2') to the intersection with a line 50.00 feet southerly, measured at right angles
to and parallel with said centerline; thence westerly along said parallel line to its intersection
with a line drawn southerlyy�at right angles to the centerline of the said main line track from a
point thereon distant 220.00 feet westerly, measured along said centerline, from its intersection
with the east line of said Lot 22; thence southerly along said last described right angle line to
the southerly line of said Lot 22• thence easterly along the southerly line of said Lot 22, to
the intersection with a line 66.06 feet east of, measured at right angles to and parallel with,
the west line of said Lot 1 extended northerly; thence southerly along said last described parallel
line to the point of beginning.
