I am agreeable to the Village issuing a variance so the
Tvedts can build a garage without complying with the setback
ordinance.
We are in need of more parking down this road so anything
that helps to improve this situation should be done.

I am agreeable to the Village issuing a variance so the
Tvedts can build a garage without complying with the setback
ordinance.
I urge you to grant this variance as it would do much to
help alleviate some of the parking problems down this
road. Tvedts are planning to increase their parking stalls
from 3 cars (including inside the garage) to at least 6
spots. I feel this is a very important consideration on
this very crowded road.
