REASON:
The cabin we are living in is on the small side, 396 sq. ft. to be exact.
We need to do something. We have considered adding a 2nd story or doing
an addition to the rear, but what makes the most sense is to tear down
and put up a new house. We will be correcting a front yard variance,
a side yard variance and the new house would have a one car garage.
There is no garage with the present cabin. The cabin has had waterline
freeze-up problems in the past. The house we have planned is 25" wide
X 46' long. The rear of the house would be more than 50' from the lake.
The house would be a 3 bedroom, 2 story. Architectural drawings are
being finalized and will be submitted.
