The following morning you contacted City Administrator Dan Tolsma and indicated that you were having second thoughts about your application and were considering withdrawing your request. At that time, he informed you that you should contact him no later than Monday, August 24 if you intended to withdraw your application so that the legal notice could be cancelled in time. He further stated that if you contacted him by that deadline, you would be able to receive full refunds of your application and escrow fees since no staff time had been devoted to your application.
