It approved the permit, granting a variance which allows a lakeshore setback of 40 feet. Such distance shall be measured from the Ordinary High Water Level established for the lake of 929.4 NGVD. All work shall conform to the requirements of the City of Spring Park. Approval is granted under Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Rule j. Permits are valid for one year.
