had approximately lh months of residency remaining. Clerk

The petition of residents of that certain roadway commonly
called "Lafayette Lane", but not dedicated, asking for gas
mains was rejected on the grounds that a petition for a dedicated

cent system effective April 1, 1967; and
aHE REAS, conversion to mercury-vapor loops will
provide morelight per dollar than the
present filament type lamps; and
WHEREAS, surveys disclose that additional lighting
units are necessary and in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF SPRING PARK THAT:
1. The Northern States Power Co. is hereby authorized
to provide and install fifteen 7000 lumen 'Lugnairs'
fixtures and twenty 110M lawn luminairs fixtures
at the points indicated on the saps appurtenant
hereto*
Z. All coats incident to the installations shall
be borne by the Northern States Power Co.
3. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute for and on behelf of the village a revised
contract with the Northern States Power Co. which
reflects the power costs for the mercury-vapor
eystam.
